Ivan’s career started in his childhood as a recording artist which allowed him to develop an early understanding of branding. He then went on to the University of Southern California’s Leventhal School of Accounting where he became a certified public accountant (CPA) giving him a strong financial background. After a few years, he was unable to find his purpose in accounting, leaving his job to become a caterer as his career took a new path. During this time, he decided to take a deeper dive into his interest in homes and try his hand at Real Estate. From the beginning, he found his purpose in this industry and, over the years, his passion for real estate became stronger and stronger. After 12+ years of experience, Ivan is ready to take his knowledge and share it with those looking to find their purpose and guide them to success. While every step of Ivan’s journey defined who he is today, without his determination to do better and reach his potential, he would not be where he is at today.
